Warranty Disclaimer

About Our Warranty

All PongPongHu products have a 6 months limited Warranty on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Your warranty is automatically started when the table is delivered, so there is no need to register. This Warranty applies only to PongPongHu products purchased in Singapore. All refurbished products, if any, carry a 3-month warranty.

 

What is covered:

  • All defective parts or faulty workmanship.

What is not covered:

  • The PongPongHu limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive moisture, lightning, power surges, other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification or repairs, or failure to follow the instructions outlined in the instruction manual.

  • Parts such as the table side covers, control panel, roller wheels, which are used often and subjected to wear and tear. ​

What we will do:

  • We will repair or replace any defective parts, at our option, within a reasonable amount of time and free of charge at any time during the warranty period.

Delivery Policy

How It Works

Delivery of tables are all free of charge to ground level/Lift Floor only!

Delivery which requires carrying up the stairs will incur additional charges (70$ per floor)
